1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of MyGari360 (“the platform”), a marketplace connecting vehicle owners with automotive service providers in Kenya. By creating an account or using the platform you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your password confidential. Accounts remain inactive until verified by email or phone.

Service providers must be legally entitled to offer the services they list, and must hold any licence, permit or insurance the law requires for that trade.

3. Listings and content

Providers are solely responsible for their listings, including descriptions, pricing, availability and images. Listings must be accurate, lawful, and must not infringe anyone else’s rights.

We may edit, suspend or remove any listing that breaches these terms, is misleading, or attracts sustained complaints.

4. Our role

MyGari360 is a marketplace and an introducer. We are not a party to any agreement between a vehicle owner and a service provider, and we do not perform, supervise, endorse or guarantee any service listed on the platform.

Ratings, reviews and verification badges reflect information supplied to us and checks we have carried out. They are not a warranty of quality, competence or safety. You remain responsible for satisfying yourself about any provider before engaging them.

5. Payments

Where the platform processes payment for spare parts, the order is between you and the seller. Prices are shown in Kenyan Shillings and include any taxes stated at checkout. Refunds and returns are handled under the seller’s policy and applicable consumer law.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform. In particular you must not post false or fraudulent listings, harass other users, scrape or bulk-extract data, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account or system, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

7. Emergency and roadside services

Towing, recovery and roadside assistance are provided by independent operators. Arrival times and prices shown are estimates. In a life-threatening emergency, contact the emergency services first.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Kenyan law, MyGari360 is not liable for loss or damage arising from the acts or omissions of any provider or user, from any transaction arranged through the platform, or from any interruption to the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or that we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently. You may close your account at any time from your profile.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Each update is published as a new version with the date it took effect, and previous versions are retained. Where changes are material we will ask you to accept the new version.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
